      We pool all our clients together under 1 umbrella plan creating large economies of scale. This lowers expenses and spreads the plan’s risk.

      If your company’s annual premiums exceed your claims, you receive a refund. If there’s a deficit, those costs are absorbed back by other co-op members.

      How much do benefits plans cost?

      Pricing depends on what benefits are included and the demographics of your team. We will help you design a plan that’s aligned with your budget.

      Can I split the cost with employees?

      Yes. Most plans require the business to pay at least 50% of the cost. Beyond that, we will be happy to discuss what’s common.

      What do I need to provide to get a quote?

      If you currently have a benefits plan, we will require a few more details on your current plan and pricing.  If you have never had a benefits plan before, we will just need some basic demographic information on your team (birth dates, occupations, hire dates, etc.)

      How many employees do I need to set up a plan?

      Most plans require three employees, but we have options for businesses of all sizes.
